Nominations sought for 2015 Governor's Service Awards in West Virginia


CHARLESTON, West Virginia — Gov. Earl Ray Tomblin is seeking nominations for awards that honor West Virginians for their community service work.

The Governor's Service Awards are coordinated by Volunteer West Virginia. They recognize individuals, families and organizations for service and commitment to their communities.

Nomination forms are available at or by calling (304) 345-0111. The deadline is June 9.

This year's winners will be recognized during a conference in October.
