PANAMA CITY BEACH, Florida — The Baltimore Guardian Angels will join the parents of a missing spring breaker at a Panama City Beach rally to renew interest in the case.

Twenty-one-year-old Reny Jose went missing last year while on spring break in Panama City Beach.

A "Honk for Reny" campaign is planned for Friday.

Jose was last seen March 3, 2014, at a beach house on Front Beach Road. The News Herald of Panama City (http://bit.ly/1C1lzEz ) report Jose's clothes and personal items were later found in a garbage can near the home, but police don't know what happened to the Rice University student.
