• the utility company that will not answer their after-hours emergency phone number when power is out on the coldest day of the year.

• the waitress who got my husband’s order wrong and didn’t apologize or offer to make it right.

• the daily play-by-play of the murder trial in Columbus.

• the bizarre decision-making skills on whether to cancel or delay school.

• the factually disoriented and confused individual who shouldn’t be allowed to have a voice on the Opinion page.

• city government for its sloppiness in tearing down houses.

• the rash of crazy drivers in Columbus.

• not having kids go to school in the spring, summer and fall and taking the winter months off.

• all the train noise every day and night.

• people who have lived in Indiana all their lives but still don’t know how to drive in the snow.
