Charlotte C. Gabbard, 67, of Columbus, died at 9:42 p.m. Thursday, April 9, 2015, at Columbus Regional Hospital.
Survivors include her mother, Geneva Bryant Rooks of Edinburgh; sons, Kevin (Anita) Rooks of Edinburgh and Troy (Janice) Rooks of Edinburgh; seven grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
Calling will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Monday at Barkes, Weaver & Glick Funeral Home on Washington Street. There will be no funeral service. Cremation is planned.
Memorial contributions may be made to Bartholomew County Humane Society.
