Norman
William “Bill” Coun Goforth, 76, of Norman, died Thursday, May 7, 2015, at his residence.
Survivors include his wife, Alice Rosalie Hildreth Goforth; two sons, William K. Goforth of Norman and Michael D. Goforth of Seymour; one daughter, Kathy M. Goforth Parker of Norman; two brothers, Larry Goforth and Jack Goforth, both of Norman; four sisters, Joyce Barret of Frankton, Mary Jane Flemming of Florida, Norma Jean (Jack) Sanderson of Florida and Marilyn (Joe) Bond of Norman; nine grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Monday at Kurtz Nazarene Church with Floyd Fisher officiating. Calling will be from 2 to 5 p.m. Sunday at Spurgeon Funeral Home in Brownstown and from 10 a.m. until service time Monday at the church. Burial will be at Kurtz Cemetery.
