Karina Willats of Columbus has been appointed resource development director at Foundation for Youth.
Formerly a probate and trust lawyer in the United Kingdom, Willats has lived in Columbus since 2003 and for the past two years has supported the FFY resource development department, working with the AmeriCorps program as a volunteer resource manager while studying at the IU Lilly School of Philanthropy for certification in resource development and nonprofit executive management.
