In less than two minutes caught on surveillance cameras, five masked burglars smashed the windows of Ultra Diamonds jewelry store at Edinburgh Prime Outlet Mall and stole about $100,000 worth of merchandise.

The Bartholomew County Courthouse reopened after being closed two days because of a power outage caused by a defective adapter.

Several area farmers began work on “Friendship Farm,” a 25-acre farm in Jennings County where soybeans were grown then donated to Christian Rural Overseas Relief.
