The Indiana Department of Revenue, partnering with the Bartholomew County Library, will offer a free tax amnesty seminar in Columbus on Wednesday.
Tax Amnesty 2015 is a limited opportunity for individuals and businesses to pay past-due taxes free of penalty, interest and collection fees.
The session is from 5 to 6 p.m. at the library, 536 Fifth St.
All tax types managed by the Indiana Department of Revenue for periods ending prior to Jan. 1, 2013 are eligible.
The seminar will provide information on eligibility, participation requirements, tax warrant expungement, payment plans and taxpayer resources.
A department of revenue representative will attend.
