Herbert “Herb” James Miller, Jr., 92, of Nashville died Saturday, Sept. 5, 2015, at Brown County Health and Living Center.
Herb served his country during WW II in the U.S. Army Air Corps in the European Theatre where he received many awards and medals including a Purple Heart.
Survivors include his wife of 70 years, Cora Murphy Miller of Nashville.
He was preceded in death by a sister, Nina Taggart; and two brothers, Maurice “Pods” Miller and Charles Miller.
There will be a private graveside service and a memorial service from 2 – 4 p.m. Saturday, October 10, 2015, at the Nashville United Methodist Church, 36 South Jefferson Street, Nashville.
Arrangements are under the direction of Bond Mitchell Funeral Home, 1682 State Road 135 North, Nashville.
