Four high school students in the C4 culinary arts program already have won $18,000 each in scholarships and are cooking up plans to raise the stakes with $1.4 million more in available scholarship money. Columbus North High School senior Tina Nguyen, North junior Bobby George, Columbus East senior Sam Dwenger and East junior Bryson Smith will represent Indiana in national competition from April 29 to May 1 in Grapevine, Texas.
