Landmark Columbus will present an in-depth description of its new initiative, Exhibit Columbus, 5:30 to 7 p.m. Wednesday at the Columbus Area Visitors Center, 506 Fifth Street.
Exhibit Columbus is a new and ambitious, multi-year initiative that will challenge artists and designers to consider the design legacy of Columbus and create new ideas that have the power to transform a space and impact a community.
For comparison, people who attend the event will hear about another citywide art event, ArtPrize, in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Kevin Buist, director of exhibitions for ArtPrize, and Jeremy Efroymson, an arts leader, collector and philanthropist, will join Richard McCoy, director of Landmark Columbus, in Wednesday’s conversation that will explore how Exhibit Columbus will benefit the Columbus community and its potential for regional impact.
