Lisa Ann Smith, 51, of Columbus, died at 6:55 a.m., Saturday, July 16, 2016, at her home.
Survivors include her husband, Eric Smith; children, Samara (Tyler) Grissom, Ridge Harris, Elexis Harris; two grandchildren; parents, James and Elizabeth Harris; brothers, Edward Hendrickson Jr., Darryl (Karen) Hendrickson, James (Terry Baker) Moore and Jeff (Melissa) Hendrickson; sisters, Robin Collins, Tracy Alleyne, Teresa Sizemore and Naomi Harris, all of Columbus; sister-in-law, Courtney Smith.
She was preceded in death by her first husband, Leroy Harris; and her father, Edward Hendrickson.
The funeral service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Friday at Faith, Hope & Love Church of God in Christ, 11401 E. State Road 7, Elizabethtown, with Pastor Mike Harris officiating. Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until service time Friday at the church.
