Voters in Bartholomew County, like others nationwide, had a lot of decisions to make this year about which candidates they wanted to represent them in all levels of government — local, state and national. They turned out in force, first for early absentee voting, and then on Election Day on Tuesday. In all, a record 33,196 votes were reported — the most in county history — for a turnout of 59.8 percent.
