Century 21 Breeden Realtors has announced its 2016 awards for top performance, presented recently at Harrison Lake Country Club.
The company itself was recognized by the worldwide Century 21 organization with the Double Centurion Award, President’s Office Award, Quality Service Pinnacle Award and the Per Person Productivity Award.
The John Wischmeier Team (John and Kimberly Wischmeier) was recognized as Century 21 Breeden’s top-ranked team, and Jan Brinkman was recognized as the firm’s top-ranking individual agent.

Scott Taskey was recognized as leading the local office in listing production, and Karen Abel was recognized for leading the local office in individual selling production.
Centurion Awards were given to The Wischmeier Team, Brinkman, Abel, Taskey, Karen Dugan and Tracie Hawes. Agents receiving the President’s Award were Abel, Taskey and Dugan.
Several agents were recognized for receiving the Quality Service Pinnacle Producer Award: Abel, Holly Downey, Dugan, Paul Furber, Vicki Gardner, Jane Kennedy, Nora Noblitt and Taskey. Dan and Laura Davis and Bev and Dave Roberts received the Quality Service Pinnacle Team Award.
Receiving the Quality Service Producer Award were Peggy Dell, Tina Fitch, Hawes, Jane Mellinger and Brigette Nolting. The Boyce Group was honored with the Quality Service Team Award.
Downey, Candy Hester and Nolting were honored with the Masters Diamond Producer Award and Gardner received the Master Ruby Producer Award.
Agents recognized for their Personal Best in 2016 were Abel, Gardner, Hawes and Hester. The Boyce Group and The Wischmeier Group also were honored for their Personal Best in 2016.
