COLUMBUS, Indiana — River Road, from County Road 400N to County Road 500N, will be closed to through traffic from 7 to 9 a.m. Thursday for chip and seal treatment.
Lowell Road from Interstate 65 to County Road 325W will be closed Thursday and Friday for continuing road improvement work. Paving is to be completed Thursday with work on striping completed on Friday.
