Norma ‘Rosie’ Allman

COLUMBUS

Norma “Rosie” Allman, 88, of North Cherry Street, died at 2:35 p.m. April 20, 2018, at Our Hospice of South Central Indiana Inpatient Facility.

Rosie was born February 10, 1930, in Columbus, the daughter of Ellis and Ruth Day Durham.

Rosie loved her grandchildren; her cat, Thelma; picnics at Brown County; bowling; and playing cards.

To follow Rosie’s wishes, cremation is planned and there will be no services.

Survivors include her daughters, Sandy K. (“Jim”) Rudnicki of South Bend, Kim J. (Bruce Gray) Hensley of Brown County and Jo L. (Rob) Hayes and Lee H. Meinz, both of Columbus; brother, Bob (Sheila) Durham of Texas; sisters, Rae Marie (Robert) Beesley of Illinois and Janet (Walt) Pardieck and Mary Jane Hooker, both of Columbus; and grandchildren, Justin Hoesman, Cassie Bolduc, Curtis Hoesman, Nicole Rudnicki, Nathan Rudnicki, Emily Richards, Katie Jessup, Sarah Jessup, Tanner Jessup, Logan Jessup and Lexie Meinz; great-grandchildren, Henry Hoesman, Gage Graham, Kota Hoesman, Wyatt Richards, Layton Richards, Talon Jessup, Thaise Jessup, Ellis Jessup and Luna Jessup.

She was preceded in death by her parents; and a brother, Dale Durham.
