Chief Technology Officers Council honors BCSC
Bartholomew Consolidated School Corp. has received an award from the Indiana Chief Technology Officers Council.
The council selected BCSC as its 2018 CTO Council Team Award winner during the Indiana CTO Clinic May 3 and 4 at the Renaissance Indianapolis North Hotel in Carmel. The award recognizes an exceptional school district for its transformational impact on educational technology and its work to improve student learning, opportunities and access.
BCSC will represent the state for the 2019 Consortium for School Networking Team Award, which will be presented at the CoSN national conference in Portland next April.
CSA—Lincoln sixth-grade teacher earns award
A Columbus Signature Academy Lincoln Campus has received an award from the Bartholomew Consolidated School Foundation.
Stephen Shipley, a sixth grade teacher, received the foundation’s Innovation Award, which is named after Ross Wallace, a BCSC teacher and administrator.
The honor is accompanied by $500 from the Ross Wallace Fund, which is administered by the foundation.
