• Troy Love on his retirement as a Columbus police officer.

• the attendant at the trash drop-off on State Road 46 for coming out and helping everyone unload their trash — it was a very respectable thing to do.

• David, Solutions Specialist at Verizon, for his knowledge, professionalism and wonderful attitude in troubleshooting an issue with a Galaxy S8 on Saturday afternoon.

• the very kind 911 dispatcher and the patrol officer who helped us when our car battery died at the intersection of Central Avenue and National Road last Wednesday.

• Allan for helping push our car off the road last Wednesday.

• my daughter, my grand-daughter and my great-granddaughter for all the wonderful help they gave me so that I could be at the graduation of a great-grandson.

• Cheryl Mead at Hair Unlimited for being a wonderful hairdresser and friend, from JoAnne.
