Rachel Schoettmer and Matthew Ferry of Columbus announce their engagement.
Miss Schoettmer graduated from Columbus East High School in 2010 and from IUPUC in 2016 with a bachelor’s degree in finance and management. She is a staff accountant at Elwood Staffing. She is the daughter of Brian and Tara Schoettmer.
The future groom graduated from Columbus North High School in 2005 and from IUPUI with a bachelor’s degree in psychology 2010, and from Ivy Tech in 2014 with an associate’s degree in radiology technology. He is a radiology technician at the Center for Pain Management in Greenwood and Schneck Medical Center. He is the son of Glenn and Jill Ferry.
The wedding is set for Oct. 20 at St. Bartholomew Catholic Church in Columbus.
