NORTH VERNON — The Indiana Department of Transportation will close State Road 7 today to replace a box culvert at Six Mile Creek 0.3 miles north of the State Road 3 junction.
Motorists will be routed around the work site via State Road 3 and the U.S. 50 bypass, State Road 750. The closure will be in effect for up to 20 days, INDOT said.
Dave O’Mara is the state’s contractor for this $2,634,279 multi-structure project. Two box culverts — both requiring closures— remain to be installed on State Road 3 in Decatur County.
