Christiana Vogel and Eliot Grubb of Bremerton, Washington, announce their engagement.
Miss Vogel is employed at the family advocacy program at Naval Base Kitsap. She is the daughter of James and Brenda Vogel of Columbus.
The future groom is in the U.S. Navy. He is the son of Cherri Fowler of Spencer and Jeff Grubb of Guilford, Vermont.
The wedding is set for Sept. 8 at Holy Trinity Catholic Church in Edinburgh.
