• the woman who paid for my breakfast at McDonald’s on National Road Friday morning, because I pay it forward when I can.

• the woman in the store that helped me pay for all the food I was buying for neglected and hungry animals.

• Doug Showalter for his column regarding the Annapolis shooting at the newspaper and that it could have happened at The Republic when it was downtown.

• Jamie for his great work and help with the elderly couple last Friday.

• anyone who thinks that governments trying to meddle in other countries’ elections is a new thing, or that our country doesn’t do the same.

• to people who think everyone should ride in the road, because the traffic is not safe for everyone on bikes.

• to people living on courts in town who believe the whole thing is their own parking lot and everyone else should park in their own drives and not have company visit.

• people knocking on my door trying to sell me something and bothering me when I’m shopping.

• anyone who thinks the Trump administration has anything to do with Cummins’ quarterly record profits because in fact his tariffs are costing the company money.

• anybody that can compare Obama to Trump.

• people who still have a little brown dog tied up to a small tree by the railroad.

• the city leadership for short-sighted vision in the plan for trying to develop a recreational area near the river.
