The Bartholomew County Radio Control Fliers will host the ninth annual Joe Grube Memorial Remote Control Military Plane Fly-in on Sept. 15.
The event will be 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Petersville Flying Field, east of Columbus on 25th Street.
Military radio control planes of all sizes will be flown and on display. There will also be a large display of radio control engines. Several prizes including two radio control planes will be raffled off. This event is open and free to the general public. Concessions will be available for purchase.
