What to watch for

The Class 5A No. 5 Olympians bounced back in a huge way last week at Floyd Central after a close call the previous week at New Albany. East will be trying for its 82nd consecutive Hoosier Hills Conference victory. The Cubs lone victory came two weeks ago, a 36-14 triumph against Jennings County. Madison has lost 20 consecutive games against the Olympians (including playoffs) since winning three in a row against East from 1997-99.

What to watch for

The Class 6A No. 9 Bull Dogs can take a huge step toward winning the Conference Indiana title with a win, while the Panthers would clinch at least a share of the title with a victory. North is the lone remaining unbeaten team in the conference, while Bloomington South and Southport each have one loss. The Panthers will be done with conference play after tonight. The Bull Dogs snapped a four-year losing streak to Bloomington South with last year’s shutout at Lucas Oil Stadium.
