COLUMBUS, Ind. — The Columbus City Utilities Department has completed repairs today to a water leak on the west side of the intersection of 23rd Street and Home Avenue, and it is now open.
However, there is fresh concrete, which is barricaded, on the west side of the intersection, and barricades will remain until the hole is hot-mixed, the city’s engineering department said.
