Local woman arrested after being reported unconscious in restaurant parking lot

A local woman was arrested on drug charges after she was found unconscious in a restaurant parking lot.

Columbus police were sent to the restaurant in the 1100 block of 25th Street at 4:30 p.m. Saturday about the unconscious woman. Officers and medical personnel identified and spoke with the woman, Christina D. Sullivan, 42, Columbus, who was slumped over in her vehicle’s driver’s seat, said Lt. Matt Harris, Columbus Police Department spokesman.

While speaking with Sullivan, officers saw drug paraphernalia in the vehicle, Harris said. The officers ordered Sullivan out of her car and as she exited the vehicle, she placed methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia inside a small cup of sour cream, Harris said.

Sullivan was arrested on preliminary charges of possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia.
