Former Indianapolis resident Emily Wells, now a multi-instrumentalist living in New York, will present a concert at 7 p.m. Nov. 16 at The Commons, 300 Washington St. downtown. The nonprofit Columbus Area Arts Council has scheduled the show as one of its “pop-up” activities — those slated intermittently on shorter notice throughout the year.
