I am more than pleased to give Hanna Omar my full support for County Council District 1. I have followed Hanna’s campaign from the beginning and have been impressed with how active of a campaign she has run. She has met with many community leaders in various agencies of local government to get input on issues they deal with on a daily basis. Hanna has also traveled extensively throughout her district, introducing herself and listening to residents’ concerns.
Hanna has experience in both finance and government, serves on the Columbus Board of Zoning and has a vast array of community service. She will bring efficiency and effectiveness to the county council and will make decisions based on fiscal responsibility while also keeping the best interests of her constituents in mind.
Our county council is in need of someone like Hanna with experience, energy, a new outlook and a passion to do the right thing for all the citizens of the county. I am looking forward to having her serve; she will be a welcome change and a great asset to the Bartholomew County Council.
