Columbus, Ind. — A rally, “No One is Above the Law,” is planned for 5 p.m. today on the steps of Columbus City Hall, 123 Washington St.
Columbus will join more than 900 other cities across the nation for the rally, sponsored by MOVEON.org, local organizer Cate Hyatt said.
The local coalition organizing the Columbus event includes members of Bartholomew County Indivisible and the Bartholomew County Democratic Party, Hyatt said.
The movement is focusing on actions taken or considered by President Donald Trump, according to literature provided locally, including Robert Mueller the investigation into Russian meddling into the 2016 U.S. presidential election.
