Indiana Gov. Eric J. Holcomb has directed that flags at government buildings across the state should be flown at half-staff to honor the victims of the tragedy at Borderline Bar and Grill in Thousand Oaks, California.
Flags should be flown at half-staff until sunset today.
Holcomb also asks businesses and residents to lower their flags to half-staff.
