The Bartholomew County Historical Society, 534 Third St., will debut a new display, Christmas Trees Through Time, from noon to 4 p.m. Saturday.
A visit with Santa and cookies will be offered, with free admission. However, donations will be accepted.
Guests will experience Christmas trees decorated by area designers and clubs, toys from the society’s collection and the community, a display creches from the private collection of the late Xenia Miller and a one-of-a-kind doll house.
The display will continue Tuesdays through Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. through Dec. 20. For more information, visit bartholomewhistory.org or call 812-372-3541. The historical society collects and preserves Bartholomew County artifacts, photographs and documents. Through interpretive programs and displays, the society teaches the heritage of the region to present and future generations.
