An Elizabethtown man was arrested by Bartholomew County Sheriff’s deputies after a domestic battery incident in the 10000 block of Legal Tender Road.
Deputies were sent to a home at 10 p.m. Wednesday where Paul Kilgore, 42, of 10202 Legal Tender Road, was accused of battering and choking a female victim, deputies said. A child was in the home at the time of the incident, they said.
Kilgore was arrested on preliminary charges of felony domestic battery in the presence of a minor, felony strangulation, felony criminal confinement and felony intimidation, deputies said.
He was being held in the Bartholomew County Jail in lieu of $30,000 bond, jail officials said.
