COLUMBUS
Curtis E. Crouch, 82, passed away on December 24th, 2018 at Our Hospice of South Central Indiana. He was born on March 8, 1936 in Brown County, Indiana, the son of Courtney and Ruth Crouch.
Mr. Crouch married Martha Tabor on April 3rd, 1954. After 59 years of marriage, she preceded him in death on November 2, 2013.
He was a Parts Promotion Manager at Cummins Engine Company for 30 years. After he retired from Cummins, he owned CMTI, a Tool and Die company.
Mr. Crouch loved to travel with his wife, hunt, fish, and spend time with his family. He also had his pilot license and owned his own airplane.
Survivors include his son, Kevin (Kathy) Crouch of Brown County; daughter, Brenda (Noel) Green of Columbus; and daughter Patricia (Steve) Pursley of Summerville, South Carolina; Grandchildren, Jennifer (Aaron) Carr; Ryan (Natalie) Green; Craig Pursley; Megan (Tyler) McLauchlin; and Abigail Crouch; Great-Grandchildren, Quinlyn Carr; Jaxon Carr; Emerick Green; Abram Green; and Lainey McLauchlin; a Brother, Dan Crouch; a Daughter-In-Law, Marcia Crouch and her children, Troy Dean and Teresa.
Mr. Crouch was preceded in death by his wife, parents, and a son, Alan Crouch.
A Funeral Service for Mr. Crouch will be held Saturday, December 29, 2018 at 2 p.m. at Myers-Reed Chapel with Rev. Jim Pursley officiating. Burial will follow at Flat Rock Baptist Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday.
Memorials in Mr. Crouch’s name may be made to the American Diabetes Association.
