Columbus residents may dispose of their Christmas trees through trash pickup in January.
Christmas trees can be put out to the curb and will be picked up on a homeowner’s regular trash day until Jan. 25. The city will not collect trees on private streets.
Trees cannot be in bags and must be free of lights, stands and other items.
