Molean King, 97, of Clermont, Florida formerly of Columbus, passed from this life at 10:26 a.m. Saturday, January 19, 2019 at the South Lake Hospital in Clermont.

Mrs. King was a member of Ogilville Christian Church.

Molean was born September 2, 1921 in Difficult, Tennessee, the daughter of Bransford C. and Eva Hewitt Sisco.

Survivors include her children, Connie (Melvin) Wright of Clermont, Florida, Robert (Mary) Gibson of Chattahoochee, Florida and Quenton (Joyce) Gibson of Etowah, NC; grandchildren, Katrina (Terry) Gillespie, Darrel Gibson, Jennifer Schiapelli, Peter Schiapelli, Larry Pennington and Raymond Gibson; great-grandchildren, Taylor Shock, Callie Gibson and Savannah Lee; and great-great-grandchildren, Hunter Gibson and Pheonix Hollingsworth.

She was preceded in death by her father, Bransford C. Sisco; mother, Eva McCord; husband, Estel King in 1982; a son, Bruce Gibson; and sisters, Helen England and Mabel Conrad.

The funeral will be conducted at 3:00 p.m. Thursday at Barkes, Weaver & Glick Funeral Home on Washington Street with Melvin Wright officiating.

Family and friends may call from 1:00 p.m. to time of service.

Burial will be at Garland Brook Cemetery.
