How has your life been changed by working at Cummins?

Working at Cummins has changed my perspective in life that women, too, can do anything that we set our mind to. I never thought that I could switch my career from engineering to non-engineering roles. Cummins encourages all employees to work on what challenges them and what they truly enjoy working on.

Looking over the past 100 years, what do you think are the most important achievements for the company?

I believe the most important achievements for Cummins are its value for diversity and inclusion, as well as its focus on community involvement and determination to create the right environment for its employees.

Looking forward, what can Cummins accomplish in the next 100 years on a global scale?

Looking forward, Cummins can accomplish in the next 100 years and many more on a global scale by continuing to unleash the power of its diverse workforce, making people’s lives better. Diversity and inclusion are the keys to win in the marketplace and to create our sustainable success across the globe.
