COLUMBUS, Ind. — Columbus police officers arrested three people after responding to a reported theft at a local store.
At about 8:45 p.m. Wednesday, Columbus Police Department officers stopped a vehicle near Beech Tree Drive and Park Lane on Columbus’ north side. The occupants of the vehicle were suspected of stealing clothing valued at several hundreds of dollars from Rural King, located at 2985 N. National Road in Columbus, said Lt. Matt Harris, CPD public relations officer.
