COLUMBUS
Janette (Sharp) Sprague, 83, of Columbus, passed away at 7 p.m. Wednesday, March 20, 2019, at her home. She was born June 27, 1935, in Bartholomew County to the late Calva and Kate (Lucas) Sharp. She married Earl Lee Sprague and he preceded her in death on May 2, 1984.
Janette is survived by a step son, Richard (Janeen) Sprague of Columbus; a step daughter, Angela (Howard) Owens of Gulf Breeze, FL; nephews, Mike Williams of Columbus, IN, David Tarler of Washington, D.C., Nathan Tarler of Oswego, IL and Tevi Tarler of Eaton, OH.
Graveside services will be held on Saturday April 6, 2019, at 1 p.m. in Flat Rock Baptist Cemetery with the Rev. Randy McCarty officiating. There will be no visitation hours. Jewell-Rittman Family Funeral Home is entrusted with the arrangements.
