County Road 1000 East, from County Road 400S to County Road 360S, will be closed to through traffic from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesday and possibly the same hours on Wednesday for tree removal.
The Bartholomew County Highway Department is asking motorists to avoid the area if at all possible. Those traveling in the Grammer area are asked to use County Road 300S to gain access.
