Because of a change in the way the Bartholomew County releases property transfers information, the transfers are not appearing in today’s Republic.
Bartholomew County Auditor Pia O’Connor said there will be a delay of about three weeks or so as the reporting process transitions over to the assessor’s office releasing the information to the media and real estate professionals, including sales agents, appraisers and title companies. The property transfers will return in this space when the county begins sending them again to The Republic.
