Election letters deadline
Election letters pertaining to the May 7 primary elections and the candidates must be received by The Republic by 5 p.m. April 26.
Email your letters to [email protected], or send them to 2980 N. National Road, Suite A, Columbus, IN, 47201.
Letters must be 500 words or less, and include the letter writer’s name, address and daytime phone number for verification to be considered for publication.
Election-related letters regarding candidates are accepted only as paid letters to the editor, cost $25 and also are limited to one per writer every 30 days.
Candidates for office are not permitted to submit letters during the election season, although supporters of the candidates may do so.
