An Evening With Riders in the Sky

Civil War Days

Yellow Trail Museum, 644 Main St., Hope. Free. Hours: 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. Friday; 9:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. Saturday; 8:30 a.m. to noon Sunday. The Hope Chamber of Commerce and Yellow Trail Museum invite you to step back into time to the American Civil War. Join for a fun-filled weekend. Friday stop by the town square to watch as re-enactors set up camp for the weekend. On Saturday enjoy a historic walking tour of the Moravian Cemetery, speakers and a variety of activities throughout the day. Sunday listen to a historic church service in the square. Back to the Future Homes Tour

1 to 6 p.m. The tour presents five mid-century modern homes in Columbus, dating from the 1950s and 1960s, with cars of the same vintage at each home. The houses exhibit signature mid-century features: use of natural materials and large expanses of glass to merge with the outdoors, massive stone fireplace walls, and built-in conveniences. Back to the Future is presented by Indiana Modern, an affinity group of Indiana Landmarks. On the day of the tour, check-in is at tour headquarters (North Christian Church, 850 Tipton Lane, Columbus) to exchange Eventbrite receipt for tour ticket and program with map. Shuttle service to the tour homes originates at tour headquarters and is strongly recommended as street parking is limited. Tour de Trails Bicycle Challenge
