Accusations of racism are an escape and a path for Democrats – an escape from meaningful discourse on issues, and a path to garnering votes. I am tired of the overused phrase, “people of color.” “The Squad” may happen to be non-Caucasian, but that is irrelevant. They have made racist, anti-American, anti-Semitic remarks and show no respect toward the president. Rep. Nancy Pelosi is too spineless to take a stand against their inflammatory remarks.
On the day of her swearing-in as a new congresswoman, Rashida Tlaib called the president “a (expletive).” Rep. Ayanna Pressley refers to President Trump as the “occupant of the White House.” Disagreeing with a leftist, non-white person means automatic allegations of racism. The goal, of course, is to silence those on the right. If voters hear the truth, they may just cross party lines and vote Republican. Just what is racist about questioning one’s citizenship on the census? Nothing. What is racist about requiring voter ID’s? Nothing. What is racist about enforcing immigration laws? Nothing. What is racist about highlighting a city’s decline? Nothing.
The real racists are on the left. They have no tolerance for black conservatives. Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas has been called a “house (expletive)” and “a clown in blackface.” Former GOP presidential candidate Herman Cain was called a “false Negro” by radical Fidel Castro fan Harry Belafonte, who also referred to Condoleezza Rice as a “house slave.” The Betsy Ross flag and the Gadsden flag are deemed racist. An all-white Adidas shoe set to hit stores a few months ago was suddenly pulled because it was considered racist. Chick-fil-A has been called a “white supremacist cult.” “Mary Poppins” has been called racist because it includes a scene depicting chimney sweeps with soot on their faces.
America boasts a congressional Hispanic Caucus, congressional Black Caucus, Miss Black USA, Miss Black America, and a Black Women’s Expo. Barack Obama is biracial (black/white), but is labeled as black or African-American. The executive director of the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee resign under pressure recently because she is white. Where is the racism?
Illegal immigration proponents elevate and advocate for illegal aliens over American citizens. In Aurora, Colorado, the American flag was lowered and replaced with the Mexican flag. ICE and border patrol agents are compared to Nazis, and detainment facilities are called concentration camps. Disgusting.
President Trump is not a white nationalist. He is a nationalist, because he puts America – not white America – first, as any U.S. President should. The United States had eight years of groveling under Obama. He apologized to Europe, Muslim countries, Central America and the G-20 nations for America and its sins. He refused to say “radical Islamic terrorism.” He deferred to the United Nations and put globalism ahead of our national interests. He stoked racism, disrespect and distrust of law enforcement officers, and shame for America’s past. Now President Trump is trying to undo the damage. Democrats cannot handle his sometimes painful honesty in this politically correct world.
