Theodore Roosevelt Theodore is a goofy playful dog who would love a home with people willing to play with him. He is very smart and wants to please. Theodore can be a little nervous but warms up quickly. He is about 1 year old. Animals can be seen from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday and 10 a.m. to noon Saturday at Animal Care Services, 2730 Arnold St., Columbus.
