Jack Earl Sanders

PARIS CROSSING

Jack Earl Sanders, 79, of Paris Crossing, passed away at 4:30 a.m. on December 10, 2019, at his residence.

Born August 24, 1940, in Parlor Grove, Kentucky, he was the son of Chester and Florence (Tolley) Sanders. He married Beatrice Diehm on April 28, 1963, at Green Acres in Scipio; she survives.

Jack served in the U.S. Navy from 1958 until 1961 and worked as a machine operator for Cummins Engine Company in Columbus and Seymour before retiring after 30 years. He was a farmer who raised cattle and breeding horses. Jack enjoyed going to auctions, fishing, attending horse shows and trail and horseback riding.

Surviving with his wife, Beatrice, are a son, Kyle Sanders of North Vernon; brother, Larry (Karen) Sanders of Florida; sisters, Martha Franks, Lorena Seal, and Carol Kissick, all of North Vernon.

He was preceded in death by his parents, brothers, Charles Edward, Donald Eugene and Kenneth Sanders; and sister, Deloris Robbins.

In keeping with his and his family’s wishes cremation is planned and no services to be held at this time. Arrangements were entrusted to the care of Dove-Sharp & Rudicel Funeral Home and Cremation Service.
