Two arrested after JNET serves warrants on Country Brook Street

Police serving a search warrant in the 3200 block of Country Brook Street North arrested two people on burglary charges.

The Bartholomew County Joint Narcotics Enforcement Team along with the Intelligence-Led Policing Unit served warrants on Kyle S. Goddard, 29, 3213 Country Brook St. North, and Shelby M. Harsh, 28, 2823 N. Conestoga Court, deputies said.

The investigation began following “concerned citizen” complaints about activity at the Country Brook Street location.

Upon his arrest, Goddard was taken to the Bartholomew County Jail on preliminary charges of felony burglary, felony residential entry and a Decatur County probation violation, deputies said. He was being held in the Bartholomew County Jail without bond.

Harsh was arrested on preliminary charges of felony burglary and felony residential entry and was being held in the jail in lieu of $50,000 bond, deputies said.
