Crusaders rally to win
Columbus Christian rallied from a five-point deficit entering the third quarter Saturday to post a 51-49 victory against Crothersville.
Kayla Jones led the Crusaders (18-4) with 21 points and 12 rebounds. Madison Henderson scored 15 points, and Ellie Ridder added eight.

Batesville tops Hauser
BATESVILLE — Hauser was shut out in the first quarter and couldn’t recover in a 60-39 loss at Batesville.
Trey Johnson led the Jets (7-10) with 15 points. Brock Thalls and Bryce Bates each added seven.
Panthers fall to Raiders
VERSAILLES — South Ripley jumped out to a 22-14 lead after one quarter and went on to hand Jennings County a 66-50 defeat.
Aaron Martin led the Panthers (10-7) with 17 points. Carson McNulty scored nine points, and Trey Wilson grabbed 12 rebounds.
South Decatur rolls
GREEENSBURG — Class 2A No. 4 South Decatur jumped out to a 59-40 halftime lead and cruised from there for a 109-56 win over Triton Central.
Lane Lauderbaugh led the Cougars (15-1) with 38 points. Dominic Walters scored 28, and Hunter Johnson added 15.

East takes seventh
BEDFORD — Columbus East finished seventh with 107 points in the Hoosier Hills Conference meet. Jennings County was eighth with 36.
Floyd Central won the meet with 380 points to 274 for runner-up and host Bedford North Lawrence.
East’s Mason Curry finished fourth in the 100-yard butterfly (56.57 seconds) and teamed with Chad Kelly, Colby Hertle and Branson Young to take fourth in the 400 freestyle relay (3:38.65). Kelly was sixth in the 50 freestyle (23.39), and John Roberts finished sixth in the diving competition (265.60).
Danny Hoffman led Jennings with a sixth-place finish in the 100 breaststroke (1:09.69).

Olympians finish fourth
BLOOMINGTON — Columbus East finished fourth in the Bloomington South Invitational with a 99.825. Owen Valley won with a 103.6, followed by Bloomington North with a 102.46 and Bloomington South with a 100.175.
Taylen Lane finished third on the bars (8.3)and fifth on the floor (8.925) on her way to a fifth-place all-around finish with a 33.525. Makyna Mullins took fourth on the bars (8.225), and Reagan Mount was fourth on the beam (8.55).
