Ali Patberg led Indiana University with 17 points and nine assists Thursday in a 59-54 Big Ten women’s basketball win at Illinois.
Patberg, a redshirt junior from Columbus North, also grabbed five rebounds in a team-high 39 minutes for the 20th-ranked Hoosiers (20-6, 10-4).
Aleksa Gulbe scored 15 points, and Jaelynn Penn added 10 for IU, which trailed by nine late in the first half. Brenna Wise grabbed 10 rebounds.
