Night Owl Country Band, organizers of the Fifth Annual Wounded Warrior Project Concert, have added additional star power to the show slated March 27. WWE star and nationally country singer Mickie James will perform as part of the opening acts for headlining singer Tom Wopat of “The Dukes of Hazzard” fame.
