Charles E. White (Charley) passed away at home on March 23rd, 2020.
Charley was born in Dover, DE on March 25th, 1944. He was a Vietnam Veteran, Vice President, and Treasurer of Gnaw Bone Regional Sewer.
He and his wife Sherry of 57 years, own and run Westward Ho Campground, in Brown County for 32 years. He enjoyed spending time with his family, as well as his camping family.
He is survived by his wife, Sharon, Son Charles II, Daughter Julie Horath (Paul), Grandchildren Nichell Noblitt (Spencer), Nicholas Keltz, Morgan Keltz. Great Grandchildren Drake Noblitt, and soon to be Valerie Noblitt.
He was preceded in death by his Granddaughter Rachel Keltz.
A gathering of family and friends will be announced at a later time.
